The beltline in Calgary is a cool emerging district between downtown and the vibrant bar district on 17th Ave – (also known as the red mile, for the sea of red Calgary flames jerseys that flood the street during the Stanley Cup Playoffs).

Versus was built in 2015 and was a pioneer property for the neighbourhood. It now faces competition from newer Purpose-Built Rental (PBR) buildings on the beltline.

We have worked with the Versus team to create significant value for residents through hospitality-based initiatives. These initiatives are focused on resident events, concierge concepts and the move in/out experience.

Utilizing David Allison’s patented ‘Valuegraphic’ research and principals, we were given a blueprint to understand the elements of the lifestyle that residents and potential residents might seek in the Versus community.

The Versus events program is based on 3 pillars of Life skills, Health & Wellness and Social.

The concierge program inspired by the finest hotels from around the world allows the residents to maximise their time. Services include dog walking and pet grooming, maid services, mobile car detailing and access to the city’s hottest events and tickets.

Moving sucks. Our goal is to create a move-in experience that is as stress free as possible whilst welcoming new tenants to the neighbourhood.

All new tenants are welcomed with a large pizza from the neighbouring Pizzeria and a 6 pack of their favourite beverage.
